Khrustyky, also known as Angel Wings, are delightfully crispy and light fried dough twists. This popular Belarusian and Eastern European treat is made from a simple dough enriched with eggs and sour cream, which is rolled thin, shaped into ribbons or twists, and fried until golden. Often dusted generously with powdered sugar, they are a perfect sweet snack or dessert for any occasion.
