Discounty Walkthrough – A Guide to Days 35, 36 & 37

Welcome back to my Discounty walkthrough! In this part of the journey, covering Days 35, 36, and 37, I focused on making amends with the townspeople by helping Karl with a mischievous spirit and continuing my investigation into the mysterious fog. This sequence of tasks is crucial for unlocking a new trade tier and progressing the main story.

This guide will detail the steps for appeasing the Nisse, helping Elmer with his cold, and moving the overarching goals forward.

🌾 Day 35 & 36: A Fish Fit for Oatmeal

Day 35 was a Sunday, so I spent the day organizing my store for maximum profit before ending the day. The real action began on Day 36 with the Task: A Fish Fit for Oatmeal. The goal was to sell 10 Fishy Fingers in a single day. After opening the store and reaching the sales target, I went to speak with Barbara, which completed the task.

My next objective was the Goal: Making Amends. I returned to Karl, who needed my help preparing a special meal of oatmeal to appease a troublesome Nisse (a creature from folklore). I helped him with the preparations, and he left the oatmeal out overnight. With nothing else to do, I ended the day.

🔓 Day 37: Unlocking Karl’s Final Tier

I started Day 37 by going straight back to Karl’s place. The plan had worked! The oatmeal was gone, and the Nisse was appeased. As a reward for my help, Karl opened up the third and final tier of his trade deal to me, completing the ‘Making Amends’ goal.

Next, I had to continue the Goal: Resolutions. I found Mrs. Andersen and told her about my findings, which led me to pick the last of the town’s demands. This unlocked a new goal: Beyond the Fog. My first step for this new goal was to speak with Tammy at the end of my shift, but she refused to give me access to the report about the fog.

🔥 Customer Relation Event 3: Elmer

Frustrated by Tammy, I went to speak with Elmer at his house to see if he could help. I found him in a tough spot—the stork had messed up his cold, and he needed materials to get a fire going. He asked me for 3 wooden shelves and 2 cardboard stacks.

I gathered the materials, brought them to him, and started the fire. He needed to recover overnight, so my final task for the day was to head home and rest, ready to see what tomorrow would bring.
