Secret Developer Weapons and Blueprints

These weapons are powerful easter eggs that reference previous Dying Light games or other pop culture phenomena.

1. Last Hand of Glava (Throwable Blueprint)

This powerful developer throwable is hidden behind a series of secrets. It can one-shot weaker enemies and two-shot Volatiles, making it a fun and useful tool.

• Location: Head east of the monastery until you find a wall with a “9 and 3/4” symbol, a reference to Harry Potter.
• How to Obtain:
  1. Walk directly through the magical wall.
  2. Navigate a short maze made of breakable, Minecraft-style blocks.
  3. Find the hidden room containing a golden train, a reference to a lost WWII treasure train.
  4. The Last Hand of Glava blueprint is located at the back of this golden train.

2. Stros and Brada Machete (Legendary Machete)

This weapon is a callback to the famous Korek Machete from the original game. It’s incredibly powerful but has a major drawback.

• Location: Find the large market building and climb to the top to enter a specific room.
• How to Obtain:
  1. Inside the room, locate a non-descript cabinet.
  2. You must interact with or “bang on” the cabinet 76 or 77 times in a row.
  3. The cabinet will eventually open, revealing the machete and its blueprint.
• Important Note: This weapon deals a lot of damage but cannot be repaired. Its blueprint also comes at a low level and must be upgraded. It’s best to save this weapon for tough enemies like Demolishers or Volatiles.

Legendary Guns: Pistols, SMGs, and More

These legendary firearms will give you a significant advantage in combat early in the game.

Elite Pistol	Legendary Pistol	Location: A camp you visit early in the game. Steps: Return 1-2 missions later to find it overrun. Find a treasure map inside a house. The map leads to the same area as the Last Hand of Glava. Activate a generator, connect a cable to a container, get a key card from a soldier zombie in another container, and use the key card to open the powered container.
Needle SMG	Legendary SMG	Location: East of the monastery. Steps: Enter a green container from the top and connect a power cable to a nearby building to open a garage. After clearing the infected, lockpick a door inside to find the SMG.
Eraser Assault Rifle	Legendary AR	Location: A bunker hidden behind an open vent. Steps: This is a multi-step power puzzle. Break boxes to find the vent, turn on a generator, and plug a cable in high up to power a bunker door below. Then, unplug the cable and take it into the bunker to power a second socket, which unlocks the room with the rifle.
Statement Shotgun	Legendary Shotgun	Location: Near the Eraser rifle location. Steps: Crawl into a vent, turn on a generator, and connect the cable to a nearby building. The shotgun is on a table inside the powered building.
Sunray Revolver	Legendary Revolver	Location: Inside a specific bunker. Steps: Find a dead body holding a fuse. Take the fuse to the bunker entrance and replace the blown fuse to unlock the door. The safe code is 2219.

Powerful Melee Weapons

If you prefer to get up close and personal, these unique melee weapons offer high damage for your early-game encounters.

1. Saiapaga Axe

• Type: Legendary One-Handed Axe
• Location: Near the Needle SMG location, inside a cabin on the top floor. The axe is resting on top of a door on the balcony.
• Note: Like the Stros and Brada Machete, this weapon deals high damage but cannot be repaired and has limited durability. Use it wisely.

2. Beaver Stick

• Type: Unique Melee Weapon (powerful at night)
• Location: At a dam, inside a secret cave.
• How to Obtain: This is a multi-step quest.
  1. Find six logs scattered around the area (the first is at the dam).
  2. Place all six logs on the dam.
  3. Go to sleep and return the next day to find the water level has risen.
  4. Enter the newly accessible secret cave and go to sleep inside.
  5. When you wake up, a zombie dressed as a beaver will be there. Kill it to find the Beaver Stick on a nearby table.

3. Cuipaga (Legendary Axe)

These charms can be equipped to your weapons to provide small but useful passive bonuses.
