Grow A Garden – A Guide to Cosmic Admin Weather Events

Some of the most breathtaking and valuable admin weather events in Grow a Garden are the ones that are themed around space and the cosmos. Events like a Meteor Strike or a Black Hole are not only incredible to watch but can also grant some of the rarest mutations in the game. I always stop what I’m doing to watch when one of these begins.

This guide will cover some of the different cosmic-themed admin weather events and the powerful effects they can have on your crops.

☄️ Meteor Strike and Shooting Stars

The Meteor Strike and Shooting Stars events are spectacular celestial light shows. During these events, meteors will rain down from the sky and impact the game world. These events are the primary way to obtain one of the most valuable environmental mutations in the game.

If a meteor strikes one of your plants, it has a chance to apply the Celestial (x120) mutation. This is an incredibly powerful multiplier that can turn a regular fruit into a huge payday. I always make sure my garden is full of high-value crops when one of these events is rumored to happen.

⚫ Black Hole and Space Travel

The Black Hole event is one of the most visually impressive in the game. A massive black hole appears in the sky, creating a truly epic scene. The Space Travel event is similar in theme, taking players on a visual journey through the cosmos.

While the exact gameplay effects of these specific events can vary, they are part of the larger category of rare, admin-triggered occurrences that make the game world feel dynamic and exciting. They often present unique opportunities for mutations and other rewards. For a full list of mutations, check out my guide to mutations.
