1. Collect At Least One of Every Event Seed
- Why: You never know which plant will become part of a powerful, profitable farming method in a future update. To avoid missing out (a mistake the video’s creator made with “Honeysuckles”), it’s crucial to have at least one of every new seed.
- Seeds to Get: King Cabbage, Taco Fern, Butternut Squash, Rhubarb, Badlands Pepper, and all other new seeds from the event.
2. Acquire the Event-Exclusive Pet Shards
- Why: Pet mutations can be retired from the game. The previous “Tranquil” and “Corrupt” mutations are no longer available from the mutation machine. This event’s “Aromatic” and “Fried” mutations might face the same fate. Owning the shards guarantees you can apply these mutations in the future.
- Shards to Get:
- Aromatic Pet Shard (from the rat NPC)
- Fried Pet Shard (from the pig NPC)
3. Get a French Fry Ferret
- Why: This pet’s ability grants +1 Age to your oldest pet every hour. While slow for new pets, this is described as a “fantastic” tool for leveling up very high-age pets (e.g., from Age 98 to 100), saving a massive amount of time.
4. Get a Lobster Thermidor
- Why: This pet can apply two powerful “admin” mutations (Multi and Meteoric) at will. The video predicts it will become quite rare after the event—rarer than a Corrupted Kitsune, though not as rare as a Disco Bee.
- Trading Tip: If you plan to trade for a Lobster Thermidor, wait until the final day of the event (Saturday), when its value will likely be at its lowest.
5. Stockpile Gorilla Chefs & Cooking Pots
- Why: The developer has repeatedly mentioned plans to add a permanent cooking feature to the game. The Gorilla Chef pet has a chance to duplicate food you cook, which could be incredibly powerful in a future, permanent version of this event.
- Action: It’s recommended to acquire and save at least 8 Gorilla Chefs and 8 Cooking Pots to future-proof your account.
6. Stockpile Pancake Stacks (Most Important Tip)

The Pancake Stack has been significantly buffed and attracts pets with proximity-based abilities (like Capybaras and Bald Eagles) to a single spot. - Action: Get as many as you can (4, 8, or even 12), as this cosmetic item may be unobtainable after the event ends.
