Table of Contents
This guide is your complete roadmap to unlocking every single one of these achievements. We have categorized them all to provide a logical progression, and we’ll offer detailed tips, strategies, and explanations to help you on your journey from a fresh-faced newcomer to a legendary skater with a fully completed achievement list.
Section 1: The Road to Legend – Progression Achievements
These achievements are the foundation of your skate. career. They are tied to your overall progress, earning reputation (“Rip score”), and mastering the different neighborhoods of the city. You will unlock most of these naturally as you play, but focusing on them will guide your journey.
- Put On For My City (Made it to San Vansterdam.) This will likely be the first achievement you unlock. It marks your arrival in the game’s main city and the true beginning of your career.
- Full Half Circle (Reached 250 total Rip score.)
- Model Citizen (Reached 3300 total Rip score.)
- Fully Localized (Reached 11000 total Rip score.)“Rip score” is your main form of experience points or reputation in the game. You earn Rip by landing tricks, completing missions, and participating in challenges. These three achievements serve as major milestones in your progression. The best way to earn Rip is to consistently engage with the game’s content. Don’t just free skate—actively seek out and complete missions and challenges to maximize your score and unlock these achievements quickly.
- Fully Pulled (Levelled up your first Neighborhood.)
- Gave The Gulls Their Due (Reached Neighborhood Level 10 in Guilcrest Village.)
- All Over The Hedge (Reached Neighborhood Level 10 in Hedgemont.)
- Empire Skate and Grind (Reached Neighborhood Level 10 in Market Mile.)San Vansterdam is divided into distinct neighborhoods, each with its own level and progression track. To level up a neighborhood, you need to complete the missions, challenges, and activities found within its borders. The most efficient strategy for these achievements is to focus on one neighborhood at a time. Instead of bouncing all over the city, pick a district like Guilcrest Village and stay there, completing every available objective until you hit the maximum level 10 before moving on to the next.
Section 2: Proving Your Skills – Challenge & Mission Achievements
These achievements are a direct test of your skill on the board, requiring you to complete the structured missions and challenges that the game has to offer.
- Skaterized (Completed 9 Missions.)
- 14 Missions Capped (Completed 14 Missions.)
- Very Local (Completed 19 Missions.)These three achievements will unlock naturally as you play through the game’s main and side quests. Missions will guide you through the world, introduce you to new characters, and often unlock new areas or gear. Simply follow the quest markers on your map to progress.
- You’re Changing Their Hearts (Completed every Goal in 10 Amateur Challenges.)
- You’ll Make It, We Swear (Completed every Goal in 20 Semi-Pro Challenges.)
- These Skills Paid The Bills (Completed every Goal in 30 Pro challenges.)Challenges are specific, skill-based tests scattered throughout the world, such as getting a certain score on a skate line or performing a specific trick over a gap. It’s important to note the requirement: you must complete every single goal within the challenge, not just the main objective. These challenges are tiered by difficulty (Amateur, Semi-Pro, Pro). It’s highly recommended to work your way up, mastering the Amateur challenges to build your skills before attempting the much more demanding Pro-level goals.
Section 3: Skating with the Crew – Multiplayer & Social Achievements
These achievements are all about interacting with the wider skate. community.
- Making the Dream Work (Completed every Goal in 10 Co-op challenges.) These are special challenges designed specifically for cooperative play. While you might be able to complete some solo, it’s much easier and more fun to team up with a friend. These challenges often require one skater to hold a manual while another grinds a rail, or for both players to accumulate a massive team score.
- Simply the Best (Triumphed over other players to win 4 Throwdowns.) A “Throwdown” is the game’s competitive multiplayer mode, likely a “spot battle” or a game of S.K.A.T.E. To win, you’ll need to outscore your opponents. A good strategy is to focus on consistency. Instead of attempting risky, high-value tricks that you might bail on, focus on landing clean, medium-scoring trick lines that you have mastered. Four clean lines are always better than one landed miracle trick and three bails.
- Every Trick You Skate (Spectated 50 other skaters.) This is one of the easiest achievements in the game. Simply find a populated server, hang out at a popular skate spot like a large skate park, and use the game’s spectate camera to watch 50 different players. You don’t need to watch them for long; just cycle through the players in the server until the achievement pops.
Section 4: Creative and Miscellaneous Achievements
This final set of achievements rewards exploration, creativity, and dedication to specific game mechanics.
- On a Heater (Kept a 4x multiplier going for a combined total of 1 hour.) This is one of the most difficult and grind-intensive achievements. Your score multiplier increases as you land consecutive tricks, and it resets the moment you bail. This achievement is cumulative, meaning you don’t need to hold a 4x multiplier for an hour straight. The best strategy is to find a very safe and repeatable trick line, such as a long, straight grind rail or a simple mini-ramp. Spend time performing easy, low-risk tricks over and over again without bailing to keep that 4x multiplier active for as long as possible.
- Without the Footy, It’s Fiction (Used the Replay Editor to create and export 10 videos.) This achievement encourages you to engage with the game’s creative tools. The Replay Editor allows you to create cool skate videos with different camera angles and effects. To get this achievement quickly, you don’t need to be a master filmmaker. Simply land a single trick, enter the replay editor, record a 5-second clip, and export it. Repeat this process ten times.
- Quick Drop Like It’s Hot (Placed 50 Quick Drop objects.) The “Quick Drop” feature allows you to place skateable objects like ramps, rails, and boxes into the world to create your own custom spots. For this achievement, you can simply open the Quick Drop menu, select the cheapest, smallest object, and place it on the ground. You can then immediately delete it and place it again. Repeat this 50 times to get the achievement in just a few minutes.
- Spot Hunter (Discovered 15 unique blocks in Downtown San Van.) This is an exploration-based achievement. The “Downtown San Vansterdam” area has 15 unique, unmarked skate spots for you to find. These won’t appear on your map. To find them, you need to thoroughly explore every street, alleyway, and plaza in the downtown district until you receive a notification for discovering a new spot.
