Some brainrots in this game are truly bizarre, and Trulimero Trulicina is definitely near the top of my list. It’s an Epic brainrot with a cost of $20k and an income of $125/s. While the wiki page for it is still a stub, its appearance alone makes it worth talking about.

🎨 Appearance
I’m not sure what the designers were thinking with this one, but it’s amazing. Trulimero Trulicina is described as a cat that has the body of a fish. As if that wasn’t strange enough, it’s standing on four human legs. It is one of the most surreal and hilarious designs I’ve ever seen in the game.
🧬 How to Obtain
Since it’s an obtainable Epic, I’m confident that the primary method to get it is through the Fuse Machine. Fusing lower-cost brainrots is how I’ve acquired most of my Epic collection, and this one should be no different.
