Fashion is basically a must in a life sim like Grand Bazaar. This game actually lets you pick from a bunch of super cute outfits and accessories to flex your style—but not right from the start.

There are a few simple steps you gotta follow early on to unlock fashion and grab those starter outfits. If you skip them, you’ll end up stuck like I did my first run. So here’s the easy guide to getting drip ASAP.
Step 1: Wildflowers & Color Dye 🌸🎨
- Collect a LOT of wildflowers.
- You’ll need them to make color dye (used for both clothing AND Karina’s request to unlock fashion).
- Don’t sell them all off—save plenty!
- Different flowers = different dyes, so keep a stash until you know which outfits need which colors.
Step 2: Upgrade to the Copper Hatchet ⛏️
- Smash rocks with orange veins.
- Gather iron + copper → upgrade your hatchet.
- Once upgraded, you can finally break silver vein rocks, which drop rare stuff like silver, peridot, and moonstones (needed for accessories).
Step 3: Sheep, Alpacas & Yarn 🐑🦙
- Grab a sheep and an alpaca early from the animal booth (available on the first bazaar, Spring 8).
- Their wool is a key crafting material for outfits.
Step 4: Karina’s Request – Unlocking Fashion 👗
Once you reach Bazaar Rank 2 (by hitting a profit goal), Karina will appear the Sunday after your bazaar with a request.
She’ll ask for:
- 1 Accessory (any type)
- 15 Color Dyes
Accessories
- Easy picks: Black Necklace or Brooch.
- Both need gems/metals you can mine from orange/silver rocks.
Color Dyes
- Mix-and-match dyes are fine as long as you hit 15 total.
- Examples:
- Cool Dye = Magic Blue Flowers
- Natural Dye = Toy Flowers + Moon Drop Flowers
Once you hand over the goods, Karina opens her Fashion Booth at the next bazaar!
Spring Year 1 Outfits & Accessories 🌱
- Most require 1 yarn (sheep/alpaca) + several color dyes.
- Spring-ready dyes: blue + green.
- For red dye, grow buttercup flowers.
Outfits Available from Summer/Autumn Onwards 🍂❄️
- Some outfits use white or purple dye, which come from autumn/winter flowers.
- These take longer to unlock, so be patient.
