The King is Watching: A Guide to Modernized Production Buildings

The next category of buildings is Modernized Production. In fact, this is an improved version of the previous category. These buildings allow you to produce all the same resources, but on a larger scale. There are 7 such buildings in total. They are extremely useful, because you don’t have to think about building more production buildings for a long time. They last a long time, since the volumes of resources are 5 times higher than the volumes of Basic Production.

Clay Quarry

Unfortunately, many buildings have exactly the same names as the buildings discussed above. Perhaps they will come up with new names in the future. The cost of construction is 30 wheat and 40 wood. The clay quarry has lower productivity, namely 1 clay per 1 second. However, the production cycle here is 5 times longer – 1000. It has 2 improvements:

  1. Waste-free production – a 10% chance to restore 1 unit of castle durability with each production cycle
  2. Clay pit productivity – increases productivity by 35%

Vineyard

Once you build a vineyard next to the Winery, you will start producing wine en masse. I highly recommend putting these buildings together. The cost of construction is 50 gold and 30 wheat. Productivity is 1 grape per 1 second. Production cycles – 1000. Improvements:

  1. Vineyard Harvest – increases productivity by 30%
  2. Grape varieties – each active vineyard gives 5 units of morale

Iron Mine

The story is the same. Try to put them next to the Smelter to mass produce iron ingots. This will allow you to hire elite soldiers. The cost of construction is 50 wood and 25 wheat. Productivity is 1 iron ore per second. Volume – 1000. Upgrades:

  1. Warrior Inspiration – passively increases the damage and health of WAR-type troops by 5%
  2. Iron Mine Productivity – increases productivity by 30%

Gold Mine

A very expensive upgraded production, as it requires as many as 80 ingots. The cost of construction is 80 gold, 80 iron ingots and 50 wood. Productivity is 1 gold per 1.5 seconds. Production cycles – 1000 Upgrades:

  1. Gold Mine Productivity – increases productivity by 25%
  2. Rich Veins – 50% chance to get an additional 2 gold with each production cycle

Crystal Mine

The cost of construction is 55 gold, 25 iron ore and 25 wood. Productivity is 1 crystal per second. Production cycles – 1000 crystals. Upgrades:

  1. Crystal Mine Productivity – increases productivity by 30%.
  2. Magic Aura – Passively increases spell damage by 5%.

Sawmill

Construction cost: 80 water. Productivity: 1 tree per 0.8 seconds. Production cycles: 1000. Improvements:

  1. Sawmill Productivity : increases productivity by 25%
  2. Friendly Woodcutters : increases productivity on adjacent tiles by 20%.

Wheat Field

Construction cost: 80 water. Productivity: 1 wheat per 0.8 seconds. Production cycles: 1000 wheat. Improvements:

  1. Outdoor Work : increases productivity by 30%
  2. Gold Mining : 25% chance to get 1 gold with each production cycle.

TIP

Try to place upgraded production next to each other or next to an upgraded production that needs this resource. For example, a smelter next to an iron mine. It is also much more profitable to place, for example, 4 upgraded structures next to each other, because they have 1000 cycles, which means they will not break down soon.
